Swedish Men's Squads

At last the waiting is over and the squads for the forthcoming tests have been named. In our opinion they appear to be very strong squads and it's clear that Mike Tatu has put a lot of thought into this. What a pity though, that Stockholm Exiles have only one representative, why is that?

  1. I don’t see any of Exiles Sweden qualify players being good enough. I may be wrong, give me an example.

One player that I do miss is Daniel Legge? He is a class player and an option in the lineout that the team need. Anyone who knows where he is, injured not released?

  2. hahaha, en seriös svensk rugbyblogg, när det den går ut på är att få in så många cheap shots på exiles som möjligt. patetiskt.

  3. And the 1 player that is from Exiles is terrible, I can not understand why that guy is anywhere near the national side. He would not even be my 8th choice center. That says a lot about this player.

The rest of the team looks good though, good balance about it.

  5. We cannot agree with anonymous, who thinks we are trying to take a cheap shot at Exiles. We asked the question because as one of the top two teams in the country, we thought that they would have more representation in the squads. We know that there are several players who are eligible and we just wanted to know if they are injured, not playing well or not committed to playing for Sweden.

  8. We have just received a response to our email from one of the coaching staff regarding Daniel Legge. Evidently they tried to get him but his club would not release him.
